Each garment is developed through a controlled process that combines remote measurement technology with traditional craftsmanship.
STEP 1 — SELECT YOUR PIECE

Each design is developed to offer structure, elegance, and longevity, with the intention of integrating seamlessly into a considered wardrobe.
STEP 2 — TAKE YOUR MEASUREMENTS
Once your order is confirmed, you will be guided through a precise measurement process.
We use the CHOOZR system, allowing accurate body data to be captured remotely.
This step ensures:
- Improved fit compared to standard sizing
- Adaptation to body proportions
- Consistency across future orders
No physical appointment is required.
STEP 3 — GARMENT DEVELOPMENT
Your piece is then crafted by skilled artisans.
Each garment is produced individually, with attention to:
- Structure and balance
- Fabric behavior
- Proportion and line
Production timelines:
- Made-to-Order (Standard EU sizes): ~20 days
- Made-to-Measure: ~40 days
STEP 4 — DELIVERY
Once completed, your garment is carefully prepared and shipped worldwide.
Each piece is designed to be worn immediately and to integrate into your wardrobe over time.
FIT, RETURNS & ADJUSTMENTS
All MADAME WILLIAM M. garments are produced upon order and are therefore not eligible for return or refund, whether in standard EU sizes or made-to-measure.
This approach reflects our commitment to intentional production, precision, and exclusivity.
MADE-TO-MEASURE PIECES
Made-to-measure garments are developed specifically according to your measurements.
While these pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable, we are committed to achieving the intended fit.
If adjustments are required, we will guide you through a dedicated refinement process, which may involve back-and-forth shipping and garment adjustments until the expected fit is reached.
This process is an integral part of our made-to-measure experience.
STANDARD SIZE PIECES
Standard EU size garments are produced upon order and are also non-returnable and non-refundable.
In the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect, and subject to validation, a store credit (voucher) may be issued for use on the e-boutique.
All claims must follow our return policy conditions and validation process.
