TWO APPROACHES TO FIT
REFINED STANDARD SIZING
Our standard EU sizes are used as a structural base.
However, unlike traditional ready-to-wear, we request key client measurements at the time of order. This allows us to refine each piece before production.
Adjustments may include:
- Skirt and dress length
- Sleeve length
- Bust and waist refinement
- Overall proportional balance
This approach allows us to bridge the gap between ready-to-wear and made-to-measure, offering a more precise result while maintaining a streamlined process.

MADE-TO-MEASURE
Made-to-measure garments are developed entirely according to your measurements.
This allows:
- Full adaptation to body proportions

All MADAME WILLIAM M. garments are crafted upon order and are not eligible for return or refund.
MADE-TO-MEASURE
If adjustments are required, we will guide you through a refinement process, which may include back-and-forth shipping and garment adjustments until the intended fit is achieved.
This is an integral part of the made-to-measure experience.
REFINED STANDARD SIZE
Standard size garments are also non-returnable.
In the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect, a store credit (voucher) may be issued in accordance with our return policy .
